拉面 ( LA MIAN )
"Hand Pulled Noodles"
LA MIAN is a type of Chinese noodle made by stretching and folding the dough into strands. The strands can be made into various lengths and thicknesses depending on the number of times the dough gets folded. This unique method of noodle making originated back to 1504 during the Song Dynasty of China. At Fortune Noodle House we use the best quality flour to make the freshest noodles around Cincinnati area.
麻辣香锅 (MA LA DRY STIR FRY BOWL)
"MA LA XIANG GUO" can literally be translated as "spicy and numbly fragrant wok." This name comes from the fact that the dish is traditionally cooked with various flavors like chili peppers, Si Chuan peppercorn, and various other spices simmered with oil. The stir fry contains a medley of meat, seafood, and vegetables - which is all customizable and cooked-to-order. Although traditionally made quite spicy, we can also customize your stir fry to the spice level of your choice.
